Chairman of the Management Board - Rector
Main tasks:
Performs work to ensure and support the activities of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector.
Main functions:
- Provides support for the interaction of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector with representatives of executive authorities and heads of organizations, his telephone conversations, coordinates the schedule of meetings and representative offices of the head at various meetings, meetings, conferences and seminars, taking into account his powers, provides him with the necessary information for representation in executive authorities and other organizations.
- Conducts office work, accepts correspondence addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector, systematizes it and reports to him on the results of the implementation of the decisions made.
- Submits documents to the structural divisions of the university to specific performers for use in their work or execution and preparation of responses and proposals for their implementation, monitors the timing of the execution of orders.
- Receives the necessary information for the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector from the structural divisions of the university, summons employees for reception on his behalf. Receives and transmits telephone messages, records messages and brings them to the attention of addressees.
- Carries out work on the preparation of meetings and meetings held by the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector. Keeps the schedule of the working day of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector. Organizes meetings, meetings and events held by the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector. Organizes the reception of visitors, facilitates the prompt consideration of their proposals and requests.
- Draws up the documents necessary for a business trip, a business trip of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector, provides full registration of a business trip for the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector. Prepares reports on the implementation of instructions and decisions of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector.
- Bring to the attention of the university staff the oral instructions of the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector.
